Rugged landscapes
are receptors and incubators of life, full of biological and mineral diversity. They create microclimates and drive the planet’s vital functions. In geological terms, their origin can be summed up as the result of a series of forces and natural phenomena whose interaction creates protrusions and folds, in other words, mountains and valleys.
In view of this similarity, sculpture re-emerges as a process essentially human that forms part of the planet’s life cycle.
